Thinking about coloring what you draw?

I know I AM.

Over the holidays I’ve spent a good deal of time with a little person who has entered into our already busy lives, which has been so many blessings for us. We needed to slow down a bit in order to see where we were going.

While I’m busy paying more attention to little Christopher it serves to keep me thinking about what I have to get done for the next drawing class in a more focused direction.

With the New Year ahead of us I am working hard to e-publish a book that goes along with my class. If I were to publish in print it would be around $20-30 minimum! However, I’ve chosen to simply post it as a downloadable PDF on the website for $9.99 for now so that class members will find it economical and useful.

A companion book is well worth the time and money to use in studying any topic - just like I have done with Christopher. He’s one topic I don’t wanna miss a thing on. I’ll study up as much as possible.

Classes will continue thus far on Tuesdays from 6:30pm to 8:30pm at Michaels in Deerfoot Meadows. You’ll need to register for the class at least 24hrs in advance in person. Cost is $15 per person for two hours of instruction and activity time.

With the posting of my new book as it is now there will be 6 modules to the entire course in which we create the art we intend to color except in some possible occasions where it is deemed more effective to use some ready-made artwork to better illustrate how to draw or colour something.

That’s all for now folks. Until next Tuesday - Sketch ya later!
